Connettore coassiale HF Televes 401107

The Televes 401107 Coaxial Connector HF features two F-type ports designed for high-frequency signal transmission between coaxial cables. Built to provide stable electrical contact and low insertion loss, this connector supports TV, satellite and broadband RF applications. Its metal housing and precision threaded interfaces ensure consistent impedance matching and mechanical durability for both professional installations and home setups.

Advantages

This coaxial connector offers reliable signal continuity with minimal attenuation and reflection, thanks to its F-type connection and carefully machined contacts. The robust construction delivers resistance to mechanical wear and environmental exposure common in indoor and sheltered outdoor installations. Compatibility with a wide range of standard coaxial cables and straightforward threaded installation make the unit practical and easy to integrate into existing coaxial networks.

Suitable for

• Connecting two coaxial cables in TV antenna and satellite systems
• Extending or repairing coaxial runs for cable television and broadband internet
• Use in set-top box, modem or RF distribution panel connections

Key specifications

• Connector type: dual F-type (female-to-female)
• Frequency: designed for high-frequency RF applications
• Impedance: matched for 75 Ω coaxial systems
• Material: metal housing with precision-threaded interfaces
• Finish: corrosion-resistant plating for longevity
• Installation: threaded coupling for secure mechanical connection

How to use

Align the threaded F-type ends with the corresponding male connectors on each coaxial cable or device and hand-tighten until secure; avoid excessive torque to prevent damage to the threads or cable cores. Verify that cable shields and central conductors maintain proper contact and that the connector achieves stable mechanical and electrical connection. After installation, test the signal path with an appropriate signal meter or connected device to confirm expected performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the connector with properly prepared coaxial cable ends and avoid repeated unscrewing and re-screwing. In outdoor or exposed locations use additional weatherproofing such as self-amalgamating tape or protective enclosures to prevent moisture ingress and corrosion.
