How to use

Test audio quality by making and receiving a short call to ensure the microphone and speaker operate correctly.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, avoid exposing the handset to extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods and clean the Softgrip surface with a soft, damp cloth using mild detergent if necessary. If audio issues persist after replacement, inspect the cord and base connectors or consult a qualified technician to rule out problems with the phone’s base unit.
