DSIT Cat.7 S/FTP cavo di rete RJ45, viola, 20 m (DC-78-200)

High-speed networks demand cables that can handle 10 Gigabit Ethernet without interference. The DSIT Cat.7 S/FTP Network Cable delivers exactly that: individually shielded twisted pairs (PiMF) wrapped in an overall braided shield, ensuring clean signal integrity over 20 meters. The violet jacket makes it easy to identify in crowded racks or cable runs.

Who is it for

Network administrators, data center technicians, and advanced home users who need a reliable, high-bandwidth connection for servers, switches, NAS devices, or high-performance workstations. This cable is ideal for 10GBASE-T applications and backward compatible with existing Cat.6a, Cat.6, and Cat.5e equipment.

Main features

• Cat.7 standard with S/FTP shielding: each pair is wrapped in metal foil (PiMF) and the entire bundle is covered by a braided shield, minimizing crosstalk and EMI.
• Supports data rates up to 10 Gbps and frequencies up to 600 MHz, ensuring future-proof performance.
• Bare copper conductors (OFC) with 23 AWG gauge provide excellent conductivity and durability.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors resist corrosion and ensure reliable contact.
• 20-meter length offers flexibility for longer runs in server rooms or between rooms.
• Violet PVC jacket is durable and easy to distinguish from other cables.

Tips

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and do not exceed the minimum bend radius. When routing through walls or conduits, use cable ties or Velcro straps without over-tightening. Pair with Cat.7-compatible jacks and patch panels to maintain the full shielding benefits.
