DSIT Cavo di rete Cat.7 S/FTP PiMF RJ45, viola, 30 m

For network engineers wiring a high-density office floor or a data center rack, this 30-meter DSIT Cat.7 cable delivers shielded, high-speed connectivity where interference is a constant threat. The violet jacket stands out in cable trays, simplifying identification and maintenance.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7 (10 Gigabit Ethernet ready)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil per pair, PiMF)
• Length: 30 meters
• Colour: Violet
• Connectors: RJ45 male to RJ45 male, gold-plated contacts
• Bandwidth: 600 MHz
• Conductor: 26 AWG stranded bare copper
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• PoE support: up to PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt Type 4)

Why choose it

Cat.7 S/FTP construction with PiMF (pairs in metal foil) virtually eliminates alien crosstalk, ensuring stable 10GBASE-T performance even in electrically noisy environments. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke and corrosive gases in case of fire, making it suitable for public buildings and enclosed spaces. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain reliable signal integrity over repeated insertions.

Ideal use cases

• Data center server-to-switch connections
• High-speed workstation uplinks in offices
• PoE++ device powering (PTZ cameras, access points)
• Structured cabling in industrial settings
• Long-distance runs in residential or commercial buildings

Good to know

Backward compatible with Cat.6a, Cat.6, and Cat.5e networks, this cable is a future-proof investment. The stranded conductors provide flexibility for routing around corners without breakage. Operating temperature range: -20°C to 60°C.
