Ekivalan cavo patch in fibra ottica OM4 duplex SC su ST, 50/125 µm, heather violet, 20 m COZOM4DCST2SE0200A

High-bandwidth multimode links in data centres and LANs often suffer from signal loss and reflection when the patch cable is not up to the task. The Ekivalan OM4 Duplex Patch Cable eliminates these issues with a 50/125 µm graded-index core and precision zirconia ceramic ferrules, ensuring low insertion loss and high return loss for reliable 10G/40G/100G transmission over short distances.

Who is it for

Network engineers and IT technicians who need a robust, standards-compliant fibre link between SC and ST equipment in enterprise backbones, storage area networks, or campus distribution. Ideal for installations where OM4 performance and a distinctive heather violet jacket for easy identification are required.

Main features

• OM4 multimode fibre, 50 µm core / 125 µm cladding, optimised for 850 nm VCSEL systems.
• Duplex SC to ST connectors with A-B cross-over polarity for proper transmit/receive alignment.
• Heather violet LSZH jacket provides flame retardancy and low smoke emission in indoor runs.
• Zirconia ceramic ferrules deliver consistent physical contact and durability over repeated mating.
• 20 metre length supports flexible patching between racks or across equipment rooms.

Tips

When routing this cable, maintain a bend radius of at least 7.5 cm to avoid microbending losses. Use dust caps on unused connectors to protect the polished end faces from contamination.
