EXERTIS CONNECT cavo patch in fibra ottica HD OM3 duplex ST-ST multimodale, 50/125 µm, acqua, 15 m 392777

High-density fiber optic patching in data centers and enterprise networks demands reliable, low-loss connections that fit into tight spaces. This EXERTIS CONNECT HD OM3 duplex patch cable delivers exactly that with a slim 2 mm diameter and ST connectors on both ends, engineered for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over multimode fiber up to 300 meters.

Who is it for

Network administrators, data center technicians, and IT installers who need a dependable, high-density OM3 fiber link between patch panels, switches, or media converters with ST interfaces. It is particularly suited for legacy ST-based installations that require an upgrade path to higher speeds without replacing the entire cabling infrastructure.

Main features

• OM3 multimode fiber with 50/125 µm core/cladding for 10G performance.
• Duplex configuration with 2x ST connectors on each end, UPC polished for low back reflection.
• High-density (HD) design with only 2 mm outer diameter, saving space in crowded racks.
• Aqua-colored jacket for instant identification of OM3 fiber.
• 15-meter length for flexible patching between adjacent racks or within a row.
• Compliant with IEC 61754, IEC 61755, and ISO 11801 standards.
• Maximum insertion loss of 25 dB ensures signal integrity.

Tips

Before ordering, verify that your equipment uses ST connectors, as they are less common in new installations but still found in many industrial and legacy systems. For best performance, keep bend radius above the manufacturer's recommendation and avoid sharp kinks. Pair with OM3-compatible transceivers to achieve full 10G speeds.
