Gira 456930 presa Schuko con coperchio a ribalta chiudibile, con chiave unica, bianco puro lucido

For installations where access must be controlled, the Gira 456930 Schuko socket outlet pairs a standard Type F receptacle with a lockable hinged cover and keyed-alike cylinder, so only authorised users can plug in. Unlike ordinary sockets that leave contacts exposed, this model keeps the outlet sealed behind a glossy pure-white cover that blends into Gira System 55 frames.

Highlights

• Schuko (Type F) socket with earth contact, rated 16 A / 250 V AC
• Lockable hinged cover with keyed-alike cylinder (key included)
• Flush-mounted design for Gira System 55 frames
• Screw terminals for secure, maintenance-friendly wiring
• Thermoplastic (PC) construction in pure white with glossy finish
• IP20 protection, suitable for dry indoor locations
• Complies with VDE (DIN VDE 0620-1)

In daily use

The hinged cover lifts easily when unlocked, giving full access to the Schuko socket. When closed and locked, the cover prevents accidental contact and deters unauthorised use in offices, schools, public buildings, or homes with young children. The keyed-alike feature means multiple sockets can be operated with a single key, simplifying key management across a facility. The pure white glossy finish resists fingerprints and wipes clean with a damp cloth, maintaining a neat appearance even in high-traffic areas.
