Marcato Regina torchio per pasta manuale, bianco

The Marcato Regina RE17-REGINA reimagines home pasta making with a compact, hand-cranked extruder that produces five classic shapes without electricity. Unlike traditional rollers that only flatten dough, this machine presses it through integrated bronze dies for authentic rigatoni, maccheroni, maccheroncini, bucatini, and fusilli. Its food-grade ABS body and chrome steel internals are built in Italy, ensuring durability and safety. The ergonomic design and sturdy clamp make it a practical choice for small kitchens or anyone who values manual control over speed.

Highlights

• Manual hand-crank operation – no power needed, perfect for off-grid or quiet cooking
• Five integrated pasta dies: rigatoni, maccheroni, maccheroncini, bucatini, fusilli
• Food-grade ABS plastic body with chrome steel internal components
• Compact and ergonomic; includes countertop clamp for stability
• Made in Italy by Marcato, a leader in pasta equipment since 1930

In daily use

Set the Regina on your counter, secure the clamp, and feed your dough into the hopper. Turning the crank is smooth and satisfying, extruding even tubes and spirals that hold sauce beautifully. It works with various flours – semolina, '00', or whole wheat – so you can experiment with texture and flavor. Cleanup is straightforward: disassemble and hand wash the parts; avoid the dishwasher to preserve the dies. The white finish resists stains and looks neat on open shelving.
