METZ BTR 151J1AOAO20E cavo patch in fibra ottica OpDAT OM3 Duplex ST/ST multimodale 2m aqua

For high-speed fiber optic links where reliability and signal integrity are non-negotiable, the METZ BTR 151J1AOAO20E OpDAT patch cable delivers OM3 multimode performance in a compact 2-meter length. This duplex cable features two ST connectors on each end, making it ideal for patching between fiber distribution panels, switches, and media converters in data centers or enterprise networks. The aqua jacket clearly identifies it as OM3, while the halogen-free, flame-retardant I-V(ZN)H construction ensures safety in indoor installations. With a core/cladding diameter of 50/125 µm and a bandwidth of 1500 MHz·km at 850 nm, it supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300 meters, future-proofing your infrastructure for high-bandwidth applications.

Highlights

• OM3 multimode fiber with 50/125 µm core/cladding for high-speed transmission
• Duplex configuration with two ST connectors on each end (A-B polarity)
• Halogen-free, flame-retardant I-V(ZN)H jacket in aqua for easy identification
• Supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300 meters at 850 nm
• Indoor-rated cable ideal for structured cabling in data centers and offices

In daily use

This patch cable simplifies high-density fiber patching. The ST connectors provide a secure bayonet-style lock, preventing accidental disconnections in vibration-prone environments. The 2-meter length is perfect for connecting equipment within the same rack or adjacent cabinets, reducing cable clutter. The aqua jacket not only complies with OM3 color standards but also makes it easy to trace connections in crowded patch panels. Because the cable is halogen-free, it emits low smoke and toxic gases in the event of a fire, enhancing safety in occupied spaces.
