Cavo jumper in fibra ottica Value 50/125 µm LC/LC OM4 viola 15 m

Fibre Optic Jumper Cable, 50/125 µm OM4 with LC/LC connectors, 15 m length and purple jacket, designed for high-bandwidth network links in data centres and building backbones.

Advantages

The VALUE OM4 fibre jumper delivers high modal bandwidth (4700 MHz·km) exceeding IEEE requirements for 10 Gbit/s over 300 m, enabling longer reach at 10 Gbit/s (up to about 550 m) and reliable short-reach performance in data centre and high-performance computing environments. The LC/LC connectors and 15 m length provide easy connection and flexible deployment while the purple jacket identifies OM4 fibre type.

Suitable for

• 1 Gbit/s and 10 Gbit/s network links
• 40 Gbit/s and 100 Gbit/s-ready backbones and future upgrades
• Data centre patching and short-reach connections
• Building and campus backbone links requiring extended reach

Key specifications

• Fiber type: 50/125 µm OM4
• Connectors: LC to LC
• Length: 15 m
• Color: purple (OM4 identification)
• Laser bandwidth: 4700 MHz·km
• Brand: VALUE — MPN: 21.99.8756 — EAN: 7611990124923

How to use

Insert the LC connectors into matching LC ports on transceivers, patch panels or network devices, ensuring correct alignment and secure seating. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress, maintain appropriate bend radius for multimode fibre, and secure the cable in trays or on patch panels to prevent strain. Verify link status on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

Use this OM4 50/125 µm LC/LC jumper for high-bandwidth short- to medium-length links in data centres and backbones. For optimal performance, observe multimode fibre handling practices, keep connector endfaces clean, and use appropriate transceivers rated for OM4 fibre.
