Nastro adesivo TESA 4651 38 mm x 50 m Rosso

TESA 4651 38 mm x 50 m Red is a multi-purpose pressure-sensitive adhesive tape designed for marking, bundling and temporary holding tasks. The tape features a vivid red backing and a consistent adhesive layer that provides reliable initial tack and sustained adhesion on a variety of clean surfaces. With a 38 mm width and 50 m roll length, it is suited for repeated usage in workshops, warehouses and construction sites where a visible, durable tape is required.

Advantages

The tape combines a flexible, tear-resistant backing with a balanced adhesive that adheres well to plastics, painted surfaces and metal without leaving excessive residue under normal removal conditions. Its easy-to-unwind roll construction allows for precise application and clean tearing by hand or with a dispenser. The colour improves visibility for marking and safety applications while the construction resists typical wear from handling and short-term outdoor exposure.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Temporary marking of floors, pipes or cables
• Colour coding and identification in warehouses and production lines
• Bundling and securing light materials during transport or storage
• Masking and protection for short-term maintenance or painting tasks

Key specifications

• Backing colour: red
• Width: 38 mm
• Length: 50 m per roll
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive acrylic/solvent-based adhesive (provide reliable initial tack)
• Backing material: flexible, tear-resistant film
• Suitable substrate types: plastics, painted surfaces, metal, paper/cardboard
• Performance: good adhesion and short-term weather resistance for outdoor use

How to use

Ensure the target surface is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles before application. Unwind the required length of tape and press it down firmly along the application area to achieve full contact with the surface. For best results on vertical or curved surfaces, apply tension while smoothing to prevent wrinkles. Remove the tape by peeling at a steady angle; for long-term applications or sensitive substrates, test a small area first to verify removability.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain adhesive performance. Use within the manufacturer’s recommended shelf life for optimal tack. For prolonged outdoor exposure or high-stress fastening, consider a specialised heavy-duty tape.
