Why choose it

The Irix Cine 150mm T3.0 stands out with its true cine-style mechanics: long, precise focus rotation with industry-standard 0.8 MOD gears for follow focus systems, and a de-clicked aperture ring for smooth exposure changes during a shot. The 11-blade rounded aperture creates circular out-of-focus highlights, while the advanced optical design with high-refractive and extra-low dispersion elements minimizes chromatic aberration and delivers sharp, high-contrast images.

Ideal use cases

• Cinematic portraits and close-ups with shallow depth of field
• Product videography and macro shots with 1:1 magnification
• Documentary and interview setups requiring precise focus control
• Narrative filmmaking with follow focus systems
