Padella multiuso ZWILLING Marquina Plus rotonda

The ZWILLING Marquina Plus All-purpose pan combines a 28 cm cooking surface with a durable black finish and a design by Studio Thun. Engineered for everyday frying tasks such as pancakes, paella and stir-fries, this pan uses a solid forged aluminium core for even heat distribution and a high-quality stainless-steel layer on the base that makes it compatible with induction hobs. The 4-ply Duraslide® Granite non-stick coating increases wear resistance and supports low-fat, energy-efficient cooking. An ergonomic handle provides a secure grip for safe handling of larger portions.

Advantages

The 4-ply non-stick coating offers significantly improved abrasion resistance compared with conventional coatings, extending the usable life of the cooking surface. The forged aluminium core ensures quick, uniform heating across the entire 28 cm diameter, reducing hotspots and saving energy. The stainless-steel layer on the base enables reliable performance on induction and other types of hobs. The ergonomic handle is designed for secure handling during cooking and serving, and the pan’s surface is easy to clean, supporting low-fat cooking techniques.

How to use

Preheat the pan briefly on a medium setting before adding ingredients to ensure even cooking. Use a small amount of oil or butter for low-fat frying if desired; the non-stick surface requires minimal fat. Cook foods according to recipe instructions, turning or stirring as needed to achieve even browning. Avoid using metal utensils to protect the non-stick coating and preserve its wear resistance. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash by hand or follow manufacturer care instructions for dishwasher compatibility if provided.

Recommendations

For best results, use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils and avoid high, prolonged heat; moderate temperatures maintain the non-stick performance and extend the life of the pan. When cooking on induction, ensure the hob settings correspond to the size of the pan to optimize energy efficiency.
