How to use

Before first use, wash the pan in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use low to medium heat for most cooking tasks to preserve the non-stick surface and ensure even cooking; increase heat only briefly when searing. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; it is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to extend coating life.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, avoid overheating an empty pan, do not use metal utensils, and store without stacking heavy cookware directly on the non-stick surface.
