Presa Jung A 520 KL WW — CEE 7/3, 250 V, 16 A, IP44, bianco, duroplasto

Jung A 520 KL WW is a fixed socket outlet with a CEE 7/3 pin configuration rated for 250 V and 16 A. Housed in durable duroplast and finished in white, the unit provides splash protection with an IP44 rating, making it suitable for installations where occasional moisture or splashes are present. The design delivers a standard mains connection for domestic and light commercial equipment while meeting basic safety and environmental protection requirements for protected outdoor or damp indoor locations.

Advantages

The socket combines a widely used CEE 7/3 connection with a compact, impact-resistant duroplast housing that resists weathering and mechanical stress. The IP44 protection class provides reliable splash and ingress resistance for temporary outdoor exposure or damp rooms, and the white finish integrates with common interior and exterior switchgear. Fixed-mount installation ensures a stable, permanently wired connection suitable for continuous mains-powered devices up to 16 A.

How to use

Install the socket according to national wiring regulations and the manufacturer's mounting instructions, ensuring power is isolated before connecting conductors. Secure the unit in a suitable flush or surface-mounted box rated for outdoor or damp locations if required. Connect line, neutral and earth conductors to the terminal connections, tighten to the recommended torque, and check for correct polarity and secure grounding. After installation, test the outlet with an appropriate tester to verify voltage, continuity and protective-earth connection before regular use.

Recommendations

Use the socket in locations protected from direct heavy rain and ice; IP44 permits splash resistance but does not replace fully weatherproof enclosures. For continuous outdoor exposure or locations subject to strong water jets or immersion, select an outlet with a higher ingress protection rating and appropriate enclosure. Periodically inspect the housing and contacts for signs of damage, corrosion or loosened connections and de-energize the circuit before maintenance.
