Pressacavo DeLOCK 60339 nero plastica 1 pz.

The DeLOCK 60339 cable gland is made of durable black plastic and provides a watertight seal for cable and conduit entry into enclosures. Designed for straightforward installation, it protects connections from dust and moisture while offering additional mechanical strain relief through an integrated bend-protection spiral.

Advantages

The robust plastic construction ensures long-term resistance to mechanical stress and environmental influences. The built-in spiral provides strain relief for flexible cables, reducing the risk of damage from excessive bending near moving machine parts. The gland meets IP68 requirements for dust and water ingress protection, increasing reliability in demanding environments.

Suitable for

• Industrial automation equipment
• Robotics applications
• Machinery with moving parts
• Enclosures requiring IP68-rated cable entries

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 60339
• Colour: Black
• Material: Plastic
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Protection class: IP68 (dust and waterproof)

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriate hole in the enclosure matching the gland size, insert the cable through the gland and position the bend-protection spiral so that it supports the cable near the entry point. Tighten the gland according to the enclosure and cable diameter until a secure, watertight seal is achieved. Ensure cables are routed to avoid sharp bends and to maintain the strain relief effect of the spiral.

Recommendations

Verify the gland size matches the cable diameter before installation. For installations exposed to frequent movement or heavy mechanical load, periodically inspect the gland and strain-relief spiral for wear and replace if damaged to maintain IP68 protection.
