Pressacavo DeLOCK 60354 grigio metallo plastica

The DeLOCK 60354 cable gland provides a watertight seal for cable and conduit entry points. Constructed from grey metal and plastic, this single-piece gland is intended for reliable protection against dust and moisture and for secure cable fixation in industrial and automation environments.

Advantages

The screw-on strain relief secures the cable and prevents excessive bending, maintaining cable position under vibration and preventing accidental pull-out. The product meets IP68 protection standards for resistance to dust and water. Its robust metal/plastic design suits demanding applications in machinery and robotics.

Suitable for

• Cable entry points on machinery and cabinets
• Automation and robotics installations
• Environments requiring dust- and waterproof cable sealing

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Manufacturer part number (MPN): 60354
• EAN: 4043619603541
• Material: metal and plastic
• Colour: Grey
• Protection rating: IP68 (dust and waterproof)

How to use

Drill or use an existing hole in the housing sized to the gland's thread. Insert the cable through the gland, then screw the gland into the housing until it seals. Tighten the screw-on strain relief around the cable to fix its position and prevent excessive bending. Ensure the gland is tightened sufficiently to achieve an IP68 seal without over-torquing plastic parts.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable and gland periodically for wear or damage, and verify sealing after significant mechanical stress or exposure to liquids. Select the correct hole and cable diameter for secure fit and reliable IP68 performance.
