Free standing Lanberg cabinet FF01-6815-12B is a 19" floor-standing cabinet designed to house network and server equipment with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg. Built from high-grade cold-rolled steel, the cabinet provides adjustable depth vertical mounting rails, a front tempered glass door with lock (hinge can be mounted on either side), removable lockable side panels and a solid rear steel door with lock. Cable entry is available on the top and bottom panels via blank entry panels. The cabinet is supplied in three flat packs for self-assembly and includes a fan tray with four 230 V fans, M6 cage nuts, rail mounting accessories and blank entry panels.

How to use

Unpack the three flat packs and assemble the cabinet following the supplied instructions, fastening panels and rails securely. Install the adjustable vertical mounting rails at the required depth for your 19" equipment, secure devices using the included M6 cage nuts and mounting accessories. Fit the front tempered glass door on the preferred side and attach the rear door and side panels, locking them as needed. Route cables through the top or bottom entry panels and install the fan tray to ensure adequate ventilation. Verify load distribution to avoid exceeding the 800 kg capacity.

Recommendations

Place the cabinet on a level surface in a ventilated area and allow sufficient clearance around it for airflow and maintenance. For heavy or dense equipment configurations, plan rack unit distribution and cooling accordingly. Use appropriate grounding and follow local regulations when connecting power and low-voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms or CATV.
