Rilevatore di monossido di carbonio Hekatron KonexXt CO One CO-WM (montaggio a parete)

The Carbon Monoxide Detector Hekatron KonexXt CO One CO-WM (wall-mounted) is a compact indoor sensor designed to detect elevated levels of carbon monoxide (CO) and alert occupants with both audible and visual signals. Intended for installation on interior walls near fuel-burning appliances, this wall-mounted device continuously monitors ambient air for CO concentration and provides timely notification when thresholds are exceeded. The unit is suitable for residential settings, apartments and small commercial spaces where reliable CO detection supports occupant safety and rapid response to hazardous conditions.

Advantages

The Hekatron KonexXt CO One CO-WM offers continuous electrochemical CO sensing for accurate detection of low to dangerous CO levels, combined with clear audible alarms and visual LED indication for easy recognition. Wall-mount design enables fixed placement near potential CO sources without occupying floor or shelf space. The detector is designed for simple wall installation and unobtrusive operation, providing long-term monitoring with minimal maintenance needs.

Suitable for

• Homes and family apartments with gas, oil or solid-fuel appliances
• Boiler rooms and utility areas in small commercial buildings
• Garages and attached workshops where combustion engines may run
• Rental properties and shared housing to maintain occupant safety

Key specifications

• Detection principle: electrochemical CO sensor
• Mounting type: wall-mounted
• Alarm output: audible alarm and visual LED indicator
• Operating environment: indoor use near fuel-burning appliances
• Power source: battery or specified internal power supply (refer to manufacturer documentation for exact power type and replacement intervals)

How to use

Mount the detector on an interior wall at the height and distance recommended in the manufacturer instructions, typically near rooms with fuel-burning appliances but not directly adjacent to vents or flues. Follow the installation steps from the user manual to secure the unit, insert or connect the power source, and perform the initial functional test. Regularly test the alarm using the test button or procedure described in the manual and replace batteries or service the unit according to the schedule specified by the manufacturer. If the alarm sounds, leave the area immediately, ventilate if safe to do so, and seek fresh air; contact emergency services if occupants have symptoms of CO exposure.

Recommendations

Place the detector on a central interior wall near sleeping areas and fuel-burning appliances but away from drafts, windows, and direct ventilation. Do not paint over the unit or obstruct the sensing openings. Maintain a regular testing and maintenance routine: test weekly or as recommended, replace batteries promptly when indicated, and replace the detector at the end of its service life as stated in the manufacturer documentation.
