ROLINE Cat.6 UTP cavo patch, PoE, grigio, 0,3 m 21.51.1510

Short patch cables are often the weak link in high-density network setups, where tight bends and poor construction can cause intermittent failures. The ROLINE Cat.6 UTP Patch Cable, 0.3 m, grey, solves this by delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity in a compact form factor. Built to Class E standards, it supports Gigabit and 10-Gigabit Ethernet over short distances, making it ideal for connecting servers, switches, and patch panels in data centres or wiring closets.

Who is it for

This cable is perfect for network administrators, IT professionals, and system integrators who need a dependable, short-length patch cable for high-density patching. It is also suitable for home users who want a tidy connection between a router and a nearby device, such as a smart TV or gaming console.

Main features

• Cat.6 performance with 250 MHz bandwidth for reliable data transfer up to 10 Gbps.
• Unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) construction reduces cost and weight while maintaining signal integrity in low-noise environments.
• Supports Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE+, PoE++) to power devices like IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points.
• Snagless molded boots protect the RJ45 connectors from damage during installation and removal.
• Stranded copper conductors (AWG 24/7) provide flexibility and durability for frequent re-patching.
• Grey PVC jacket blends into most environments and is RoHS and CE compliant.

Tips

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and do not exceed the minimum bend radius of approximately four times the cable diameter. When using PoE, ensure that the total power draw of connected devices does not exceed the switch's PoE budget. This cable is best suited for short, high-density connections where cable management is a priority.
