ROLINE cavo patch Cat.6 S/FTP, PoE, blu, 7 m 21.51.1374

High-performance Cat.6 patch cable engineered for reliable Gigabit Ethernet and PoE applications. The S/FTP shielding with individually foiled pairs (PiMF) and overall braid ensures superior protection against electromagnetic interference, making it ideal for electrically noisy environments. With a length of 7 metres, this blue cable provides flexible connectivity between network devices, patch panels, and wall outlets. Gold-plated RJ45 connectors guarantee corrosion resistance and long-term signal integrity. The LSZH jacket is halogen-free, low-smoke, and flame-retardant, enhancing safety in commercial and residential installations. Fully compliant with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1 standards, this cable supports data rates up to 1 Gbps and bandwidth up to 250 MHz, ensuring stable performance for bandwidth-intensive tasks.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding with PiMF provides excellent crosstalk and noise immunity. PoE support allows simultaneous data and power transmission for devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones. LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke and corrosive gases in case of fire, meeting strict safety regulations. Stranded copper conductors (AWG 27/7) offer flexibility for easy routing in tight spaces. Gold-plated contacts maintain low contact resistance over thousands of mating cycles.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers, and other network devices
• Powering PoE-enabled devices such as IP cameras, access points, and VoIP phones
• Use in data centres, offices, and industrial environments with high EMI
• Installations requiring halogen-free cabling for safety compliance
• Gigabit Ethernet networks and future upgrades

Recommendations

For best performance, pair with ROLINE Cat.6 patch panels and keystone jacks. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling to maintain signal quality. When using PoE, ensure the power source meets IEEE 802.3af/at standards and the total cable length does not exceed 100 m including patch cords. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong jacket life.
