Sacca porta corda Salewa AGNER dark olive – sacca leggera e resistente per corda da arrampicata

The Salewa AGNER rope bag in dark olive is a lightweight, durable storage solution for climbing ropes and related equipment. Designed to keep rope clean and tangle-free, the bag offers easy loading and convenient transport for alpine and sport climbing. Its construction reduces abrasion and protects rope from dirt, making it suitable for crag days, multipitch routes and expeditions where safe rope handling and quick deployment are required.

Advantages

The rope bag combines low weight with robust materials to ensure long service life while minimizing added bulk during approaches. A wide opening allows uncomplicated insertion and removal of coiled rope, and the interior layout prevents tangling. Reinforced base and abrasion-resistant fabric protect the rope when placed on rough ground. Carry options and attachment points simplify transport and integration with other climbing gear.

Suitable for

• Sport climbing crags and single-pitch climbs
• Alpine approaches and multi-pitch routes
• Expeditions and long trips where rope protection is needed
• Storage and transport of climbing ropes and slings between climbs

Key specifications

• Color: dark olive
• Lightweight construction suitable for carrying on approaches
• Durable, abrasion-resistant fabric and reinforced base
• Wide opening for easy rope insertion and deployment
• Interior layout designed to reduce rope tangling
• External attachment points for securing or carrying additional gear

How to use

Open the bag fully and coil or feed your rope into the wide mouth, ensuring the rope is arranged to avoid twists. Close the top according to the bag’s fastening method and use the carry handle or shoulder attachment for transport. At the belay or basecamp, open the bag and pull the rope from the mouth for controlled deployment. After use, clean off dirt and dry the rope before storage to maintain rope and bag longevity.

Recommendations

For prolonged rope life, avoid dragging the bag across sharp rocks and clean the exterior if heavily soiled. Store the rope dry and ventilated inside the bag between uses. Use the reinforced base to place the bag on rough surfaces and attach additional gear to the external points rather than placing items inside the rope compartment.
