Why choose it

The Pedroc 2 DST is a technical softshell trouser that balances protection and breathability. The PFC-free DWR coating repels light precipitation, while the 4-way stretch Durastretch fabric allows unrestricted stride on steep ascents. UPF 50+ shields your skin during long hours above treeline, and the gusseted crotch and pre-shaped knees enhance ergonomic comfort. Reflective details add visibility for dawn or dusk starts.

Ideal use cases

• Speed hiking on maintained trails and rocky terrain
• Alpine trekking and hut-to-hut tours in variable weather

Good to know

Made with bluesign® approved fabrics, this garment meets strict environmental and consumer safety standards. The DWR treatment is PFC-free, reducing environmental impact without compromising performance. Pair with a Salewa softshell jacket for full alpine protection.
