Scanner 3D Creality Sermoon X1 — precisione 0,02 mm, Wi‑Fi 6, 34 laser, NIR, nero

Creality Sermoon X1 3D Scanner

If your goal is to digitally reproduce real objects with the highest possible accuracy, the Creality Sermoon X1 3D Scanner is the tool for you. This advanced 3D scanner was created for professionals—engineers, designers, reverse engineering specialists, as well as industrial and design applications where every detail matters. With its extremely precise measurements and extensive operating modes, it is the ideal choice when you need high-quality 3D data and work efficiency.

Unmatched scanning accuracy and stability

At the heart of the Sermoon X1 is a high-precision scanning system that achieves accuracy of up to 0.02 mm, and with the use of built-in scaled photogrammetry, volumetric precision reaches 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm/m. These results meet the expectations of many technical and professional applications. In practice, this means that the scans faithfully reproduce the shape and actual dimensions of the object, which is crucial in quality control, CAD design, and reverse engineering.

Wide working field

The use of proprietary optimization algorithms allows the Sermoon X1 scanner to offer an extremely large scanning field. Such a wide working area significantly reduces the need for markers, which translates into a faster, smoother, and more efficient scanning process. In line laser mode, the maximum field of view is 650 × 531 mm, while in infrared mode it reaches an impressive 1300 × 935 mm. Thanks to a hybrid system combining blue laser lines and structured infrared light, the Sermoon X1 supports a wide range of scanning sizes, from small 5 × 5 × 5 mm³ to large 4000 × 4000 × 4000 mm³.

With details in mind

The X1's single-laser deep hole scanning mode allows you to easily capture 3D data from hard-to-reach areas such as deep holes, narrow gaps, and recesses. Support for scanning narrow holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 6:1 ensures more accurate 3D data acquisition, which is ideal for design, inspection, analysis, and more. The scanner is equipped with a high-performance Qualcomm ISP chip, a 2 MP full-color RGB camera, and additional lighting for richer and more realistic textures.

Versatile operating modes

The Creality Sermoon X1 scanner offers several operating modes tailored to different tasks. Single laser lines are ideal for deep and narrow spaces that other systems cannot capture. The NIR mode with structured light allows for tagless scanning of even large items. Seven parallel laser lines are great for detailed scanning of technical surfaces, while 34 intersecting laser lines speed up the scanning of medium and large objects. This makes the X1 an extremely versatile tool in a professional workshop.

Efficient work without compromise

Professional projects require both precision and speed. The X1 achieves a scanning speed of up to 90 frames per second, and the system can capture millions of measurements per second in various operating modes. This means that even larger parts or complex geometries can be scanned in less time without losing detail quality. With advanced Wi-Fi 6 technology, the X1 scanner delivers fast, cable-free scanning and uncompromising battery life. It easily adapts to different measurement environments, giving you the freedom to scan anywhere.

Compact design and comfortable to use

The one-piece optoelectronic body and lens mount, made of CNC-machined metal, combine high durability with a lightweight, refined design (weighing only 530 g). Its compact dimensions (216 × 74 × 51 mm) make the scanner mobile and easy to use, facilitating work in all conditions. The mechanical locking system effectively eliminates backlash and the risk of component dispersion, which has a direct impact on the repeatability and accuracy of scans. High-strength materials ensure excellent rigidity and vibration resistance, so that every scanning process is stable, precise, and reliable, even in demanding working conditions.

Wide compatibility

The Sermoon X1 scanner works with the advanced CrealityScan 4.0 scanning software, which facilitates the import of scans, their processing, and export to popular formats (STL, OBJ, PLY). This allows the prepared data to be used without hindrance in CAD/CAM programs for further design, analysis, or production. The intuitive interface and automatic point registration tools mean that even complex 3D models can be prepared with minimal time and effort.

Safe operation in all conditions

The scanner is designed for reliable operation in both workshop and outdoor conditions. The device works efficiently even in sunlight – in single or 7-line laser beam mode at light intensities up to 50,000 lux, and in 34 cross-line mode up to 100,000 lux. Importantly, scanning of black and metal surfaces can be performed without the need for matting sprays, which significantly speeds up work and increases comfort of use, especially in field applications.

Intelligent stabilization

An advanced stabilization system ensures smooth and precise scanning even during prolonged operation. Thanks to an AI-controlled temperature compensation algorithm and an efficient heat management system, the Sermoon X1 maintains stable output parameters throughout its operation. Combined with One-Shot 3D imaging technology, this solution increases object tracking stability, effectively reducing frame drops and data connection errors resulting from vibrations or movements, which translates into higher quality and consistency of scans.

How to use

Position the part within the scanner’s recommended capture volume and secure it to prevent movement during acquisition. Configure scan parameters in the accompanying software according to the part’s size, surface finish and desired detail level. Initiate the scan over one or multiple passes; the system will use laser lines and NIR sensing to build a dense point cloud that can be registered and converted into a polygonal mesh. Export results in common 3D file formats for inspection, CAD modelling or 3D printing preparation.

Recommendations

For optimal results, ensure stable ambient lighting and minimize reflective or transparent surfaces; apply temporary mattifying spray where necessary. Use calibration procedures provided by the manufacturer and transfer data over Wi‑Fi 6 or a wired network to preserve file integrity. When scanning very small features, use slower scan speeds and higher resolution settings to capture maximum detail.
