Key specifications

• Cutting length: 35 cm
• Weight: 515 g
• Blade type: backsaw with reinforced spine for straight cuts
• Suitable materials: metal, plastic, wood
• Handle: ergonomic design for secure grip
• Finish: black and orange

How to use

Secure the workpiece firmly in a vise or with clamps before cutting. Hold the saw by the ergonomic handle and position the reinforced spine parallel to the desired cut line to maintain a straight path. Use steady, controlled strokes, allowing the saw's tooth geometry to do the work rather than applying excessive force. For metal and plastic, begin with light passes to establish a groove, then continue with full strokes. Keep the blade clean and free of debris to maintain cutting performance.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. For metal cutting, consider using cutting lubricant for smoother cuts and longer blade life. Store the backsaw in a dry place and protect the blade edge with a sheath or cover to prevent damage and maintain performance.
