Set coltelli da trinciante da cucina Victorinox Grand Maître set da trinciante 2 pezzi 20 cm

Victorinox Grand Maitre Tranchier-Set 2-piece 20 cm is a carving knife set designed for precise slicing of cooked meats and roasts. Each knife in the set features a 20 cm stainless-steel blade and an ergonomic handle that supports controlled, even cuts. The set targets both domestic and professional kitchens where consistent thin slices are required for presentation and portioning.

Advantages

The set combines corrosion-resistant stainless-steel blades with balanced weight distribution to ensure straight, smooth slicing. Ergonomic handles reduce hand fatigue during repetitive tasks and improve grip stability. The knives are manufactured with attention to edge retention and can be re-sharpened to maintain cutting performance. The two-piece format provides flexibility for carving and serving different meat portions without switching to unrelated kitchen tools.

Key specifications

• Blade length: 20 cm
• Blade material: stainless steel
• Set composition: 2 carving knives
• Handle: ergonomic design for improved grip
• Intended use: carving and slicing cooked meats

How to use

Hold the carving knife with a secure grip on the ergonomic handle and position the blade at the desired slicing angle. Use smooth, single-direction strokes for even slices; avoid sawing motions that can tear meat fibers. For best results, let roasted meats rest after cooking to retain juices, then carve against the grain. Use the second knife from the set for serving or for carving a different cut to maintain hygiene between portions.

Recommendations

Hand wash and dry the knives immediately after use to preserve blade finish and prevent corrosion. Regular honing and periodic professional sharpening will keep the edge consistent. Store the knives in a block, magnetic strip, or blade guard to protect the cutting edge and prevent accidents.
