Use the large LCD and phonebook to identify callers, assign numbers to the direct-dial keys, and select VIP melodies or ring settings. For hands-free calls, press the speaker key and adjust the 7-level volume; connect an RJ9 headset if private hands-free operation is preferred.

For reliable long-term use, keep the telephone connection and power supply accessible and regularly back up important numbers from the 200-entry phonebook. Use the VIP and silent modes to limit interruptions and the RJ9 headset for clearer hands-free conversations in shared or noisy environments.
