Ventilbox Gardena V1

The Gardena Valve Box V1 is a compact underground housing designed to hold a single irrigation valve for garden watering systems. Made in a combination of black, green and grey, the box supports installation of either a 24 V irrigation valve or a 9 V irrigation valve beneath ground. A telescopic screwed connection simplifies mounting and removal of the valve while maintaining a low-profile, durable enclosure suitable for small to medium irrigation setups.

Advantages

The telescopic screwed connection enables easy and tool-friendly mounting and removal of Irrigation Valves, reducing installation time. The cover can be locked to improve child safety and prevent unauthorized access. The compact design is compatible with common irrigation valves and allows straightforward underground installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Installation of a 24 V irrigation valve
• Installation of a 9 V irrigation valve
• Underground housing for one valve in small to medium garden irrigation systems

How to use

Excavate a suitable cavity at the planned valve location and place the Valve Box V1 at the correct depth. Install the chosen irrigation valve (24 V or 9 V) into the box and secure it using the telescopic screwed connection so the valve sits firmly and can be removed later if needed. Connect the valve wiring and piping according to the valve manufacturer’s instructions, close the cover, and lock it if child safety is required.

Recommendations

Place the box on stable, level ground and ensure access to valve wiring and piping before final backfilling. Use the locking cover in areas accessible to children and check fittings periodically for secure attachment.
