Batteria Goobay Sub-C 1500 mAh con linguetta di saldatura (Z)

The Goobay Sub-C 1500 mAh Solder tail (Z) is a Nickel‑Metal Hydride (NiMH) rechargeable battery designed as a compact power source for cordless power tools. With dimensions of 2.3 cm × 2.3 cm × 4.3 cm and a nominal capacity of 1500 mAh, it provides a balance of runtime and size for applications that require a Sub‑C cell format. This battery is intended only for use in cordless power tools and is supplied with solder tails for electrical connection.

Advantages

The NiMH chemistry offers stable discharge characteristics and good cycle life compared with older rechargeable types. The 1500 mAh capacity delivers moderate runtime suitable for many common Sub‑C tool battery packs, while the solder tail configuration simplifies permanent connections in custom battery assemblies. The compact Sub‑C dimensions make it suitable where space is limited.

Suitable for

• Replacement or build‑your‑own packs for cordless power tools that accept Sub‑C cells
• Custom battery assemblies and repairs requiring solder tail connections
• Applications needing a compact rechargeable Sub‑C cell with moderate capacity

How to use

Install the cell into a compatible battery pack or assembly designed for Sub‑C NiMH cells, ensuring correct polarity. Use the solder tail to create a permanent electrical connection according to standard soldering practices for battery assemblies. Charge the battery only with a charger appropriate for NiMH chemistry and for the cell configuration (individual cell charging or as part of a pack) to avoid damage or reduced lifespan.

Recommendations

Use this battery exclusively in cordless power tools that accept Sub‑C NiMH cells. Do not attempt to use it in devices not designed for Sub‑C cells. Follow manufacturer instructions for charging, handling, and disposal. Avoid short circuits, high temperatures, and mechanical damage. For best lifespan, store at moderate temperature and charge state and use a charger compatible with NiMH chemistry.
