Wentronic Goobay 59597 Cavo patch in fibra ottica SC/APC su SC/APC Single-Mode OS2, 5 m, LSZH, bianco

For FTTH deployments where a standard patch cable falls short, this Goobay 59597 simplex OS2 fiber optic jumper delivers the low insertion loss and high return loss that single-mode networks demand. The SC/APC connectors on both ends ensure a precise angled physical contact, minimizing back reflections in GPON and other high-sensitivity systems. The white LSZH jacket keeps installations clean and safe, while the 5-meter length bridges typical distances between ONT and wall outlet without excess slack.

Highlights

• Simplex single-mode OS2 fiber (G.657.A2) optimized for FTTH and indoor runs
• SC/APC to SC/APC connectors with 8° angled polish for return loss ≥ 60 dB
• Low insertion loss ≤ 0.3 dB ensures signal integrity over the full 5 m length
• LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) white jacket – emits minimal smoke and no toxic halogens in fire
• 3 mm cable diameter with 7.5 mm minimum bend radius for easy routing in tight spaces
• Supports 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths, covering GPON, XGS-PON, and RFoG

In daily use

Whether you're connecting an ONT to a fiber wall outlet or patching within a distribution box, this cable's robust construction and tight connector tolerances prevent intermittent links. The white jacket blends with residential interiors, and the LSZH material is a safer choice for homes and offices. At 5 meters, it provides enough reach for most installations without creating a tangled mess.
