Armadio elettrico Rittal 1306.600, armadio in acciaio IP66, L390×P210×A549 mm

Rittal 1306.600 is a steel electrical enclosure with IP66 protection, sized W390 × D210 × H549 mm and intended for housing electrical components, terminals and small control devices. The cabinet is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations where dust-tight sealing and protection against powerful water jets are required. The design includes a 30° roof tilt, interior hinges, and an all-round gap-free silicone seal to maintain high ingress protection and cleanliness standards.

Advantages

The enclosure combines robust steel construction with an IP66 rating for reliable protection against dust and strong water jets. Interior hinges and hygiene-compliant lock inserts reduce external protrusions and simplify cleaning. A gap-free silicone seal ensures continuous sealing around the door and helps prevent ingress of contaminants. The 30° roof tilt assists in water runoff and reduces accumulation of debris on the top surface.

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a stable surface or supporting structure using appropriate mounting accessories and fasteners compatible with the cabinet's steel construction. Open the door using the lock insert, install required mounting plates, DIN rails or internal fittings, and route cables through suitably sealed knockouts or cable glands to maintain the IP66 rating. Ensure the silicone seal is clean and correctly seated before closing the door. For outdoor installations, position the enclosure with the 30° roof tilt oriented to shed water away from sensitive entries and fittings.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners and suitably rated cable glands for external cable entries. Regularly inspect the silicone seal and interior hinges for dirt or damage and clean with mild detergents compatible with silicone and painted steel finishes. Do not drill unsealed openings without subsequently restoring IP66-level sealing around any modification.
