Rittal AX armadio elettrico compatto 1000x600x210mm, IP66, RAL 7035, porta a un'anta 1011000

For demanding industrial environments where space is at a premium, the Rittal AX 1011000 delivers a compact yet robust solution. This 1000 mm high, 600 mm wide, and 210 mm deep sheet steel enclosure combines a small footprint with full-size protection, making it an ideal choice for housing control components, terminals, and sensitive electronics in tight installations. Unlike many compact enclosures that compromise on accessibility or durability, the AX series offers a 130° door opening, a reversible hinge, and a modular cable entry plate in the base for flexible wiring—all while maintaining an IP66 rating against dust and powerful water jets.

Highlights

• Compact footprint: 1000 x 600 x 210 mm (H x W x D) fits narrow spaces without sacrificing internal volume.
• Robust construction: 1.25 mm enclosure body, 1.5 mm door, and 2.5 mm zinc-plated mounting plate for reliable component support.
• Superior protection: IP66 and NEMA 4 rated, with dip-primed and powder-coated surfaces in light grey (RAL 7035) for corrosion resistance.
• Flexible access: 130° door opening, reversible right-hand hinge, and 3 mm double-bit lock (interchangeable) for secure yet convenient entry.
• Easy cable routing: Modular gland plate in the base allows clean, organized cable entry from below.
• Certified quality: UL, cUL, TÜV, Germanischer Lloyd, EAC, and VDE approvals ensure compliance with international standards.

In daily use

The AX 1011000 is engineered for practical, everyday operation in industrial settings. The generous mounting plate (949 x 549 mm) provides ample space for DIN rails, terminals, and control devices, while the zinc-plated finish protects against corrosion even in humid environments. The door can be opened to 130° and removed or reversed if needed, simplifying installation and maintenance. The modular cable entry plate in the base can be replaced or customized to accommodate different cable diameters, reducing installation time and ensuring a tidy, professional wiring layout. The light grey powder-coated finish not only looks clean but also resists scratches and chemicals, keeping the enclosure presentable over years of service.
