BlueOptics SFP3131EU1MK cavo in fibra ottica InfiniBand 1m LC Aqua OM3

BlueOptics SFP3131EU1MK is a 1 meter InfiniBand fibre optic patch cord with duplex LC/UPC to LC/UPC connectors and laser-optimized multimode fiber (LOMMF) in category OM3 (50/125 µm core). The aqua-colored cable is designed for 850 nm transmission and supports full-duplex connections between patch panels, optical transceivers or other fibre equipment. The jacket is low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) for reduced smoke and no halogen release in case of fire.

Advantages

This OM3 LC–LC duplex cable provides low attenuation (3.5 dB/km), low insertion loss and high return loss. High-quality branded fibers and manufacturer connectors with zirconia ceramic ferrules ensure durable performance and up to 1500 mating cycles. Each cable is tested with interferometry and OTDR, and a measurement protocol for insertion loss and return loss is included with the product.

How to use

Inspect connectors and cable for visible damage before installation. Align LC connectors with corresponding ports on transceivers or patch panels and insert until a click indicates mating. Use appropriate cable management to avoid tight bends and strain; maintain minimum bend radius per manufacturer guidance. For testing, verify insertion loss and return loss using test equipment and refer to the included measurement protocol.

Recommendations

Use this OM3 LC–LC duplex cable for short-reach, high-bandwidth links such as InfiniBand or server-to-switch connections. Store and install in environments that avoid excessive bending, tensile stress and contamination of connector endfaces. For custom lengths or bulk installs, consult the supplier for options and pre-test procedures.
