The interior has a nine-layer Biostone® Pro non-stick coating with a stone effect, while the exterior has an unalterable non-stick finish that is easy to clean. How to use

Place the saucepan on a compatible hob and heat gradually to the required temperature. Use the glass lid to monitor cooking without lifting it. Prefer wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to preserve the non-stick interior. After use, let the saucepan cool slightly before washing.
