Cavo di rete Goobay 50887 RJ-45 Cat6 2 m grigio

The Goobay 50887 networking cable is a 2 m RJ-45 Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP) cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission. It features gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, a robust grey sheath and high-quality inner conductors to ensure stable network connections for home and office environments.

Advantages

The Cat6 S/FTP construction minimizes crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, supporting up to 10GBase-T performance where infrastructure permits. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact reliability and reduce signal loss, while the durable outer sheath protects the cable from wear and mechanical stress.

Suitable for

• Ethernet connections in home networks
• Office LAN connections and workstations
• High-speed internet access and streaming
• Connecting switches, routers and network devices

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into your network device (router, switch or PC) and the other into the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain for consistent performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable in networks that support 10GBase-T or Gigabit Ethernet. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. Inspect connectors periodically for dirt or damage and replace the cable if physical wear appears.
