Cavo in fibra ottica InfiniBand BlueOptics SFP3131BU7.5MM 7,5 m LC giallo

BlueOptics SFP3131BU7.5MM is a 7.5 metre duplex LC/APC to LC/APC single-mode fibre optic patch cord using laser-optimized G.657.A1 (9/125 µm) fibre in yellow jacket. The cable supports full-duplex InfiniBand and optical transceiver connections and is intended for transmission at 1310 nm and 1550 nm. The jacket is LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen) to reduce smoke and eliminate halogen release in case of fire.

Advantages

This patch cord offers low attenuation (0.4 dB/km), high return loss and low insertion loss for stable optical links. Connectors use zirconia ceramic ferrules from reputable manufacturers and are rated for up to 1500 mating cycles. Each cable is factory-tested with interferometer and OTDR and is delivered with a measurement report of insertion loss and return loss. The product meets Telcordia GR-326-Core and common industry safety and flammability norms.

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for dust before connecting and use appropriate dust caps when not in use. Align the LC/APC connectors with the device or patch panel ports and insert until a positive latch is felt. Avoid sharp bends; maintain minimum bend radius recommended for G.657.A1 fibres. For removal, depress the latch and pull the connector straight out. Store the cable coiled without tight loops when not in use.

Recommendations

Use this LC/APC-LC/APC G.657.A1 patch cord for short- to medium-length single-mode links in data centres and network closets, and specify factory-measured loss values when planning critical optical paths. For different lengths or custom configurations, order the appropriate length to avoid excess cable slack and preserve performance.
