Cavo patch Ethernet ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 08-35074

The ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable (model 08-35074) is an Ethernet cable designed for high-speed wired network connections. This Category 7 U/UTP patch lead uses RJ45 terminations and is intended for structured cabling environments where reliable data transmission, low interference and mechanical robustness are required. It is compatible with standard Ethernet equipment including switches, routers, network cards and patch panels for gigabit and higher-speed applications.

Advantages

The cable offers Category 7 performance in an unshielded U/UTP design, providing a balance between high-frequency capability and flexible installation. RJ45 connectors ensure broad compatibility with existing network hardware. The physical construction supports stable signal integrity across commonly used cable runs and reduces crosstalk compared to lower category cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and network interfaces in LAN and office networks
• Patch panels and rack-mounted equipment in server rooms and network closets
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfers, media streaming and VoIP
• Structured cabling installations where Category 7 performance is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 7 (U/UTP, unshielded twisted pair)
• Connector type: RJ45 on both ends
• Cable length: 10 m (as supplied in this variant)
• Conductor type: solid or stranded copper conductors suitable for patch usage
• Color: red outer jacket for easy identification

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your network devices until the latch clicks. Use the cable to link switches, routers, patch panels or computers according to your network layout. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends near the ends to maintain signal quality. For permanent installations, route the cable through cable management paths and secure it without excessive tension.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs within recommended lengths for structured cabling and avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines. Test connections after installation with network diagnostic tools to verify link speed and signal integrity.
