Cavo SATA DeLOCK 83978 0,3 m SATA 7 pin nero rosso

This SATA cable by Delock enables internal connection of SATA devices such as hard drives, SSDs, controller cards or flash memories. The cable is 0.3 m long, features two SATA 7-pin connectors and comes in a black and red design. It complies with the latest SATA standard and supports data transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s while remaining backward compatible with earlier SATA versions.

Advantages

The DeLOCK 83978 cable provides a compact 0.3 m length suitable for tidy internal routing. Its metal locking clips on both 7-pin SATA connectors ensure a secure fit that clicks into place. The cable supports SATA data transfer up to 6 Gb/s and is backward compatible with older SATA generations.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal HDDs and SSDs to motherboard SATA ports
• Linking SATA controller cards to storage devices
• Internal connection of flash memory adapters and hot-swap bays

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.3 m
• Connectors: SATA 7-pin to SATA 7-pin
• Data transfer rate: up to 6 Gb/s (SATA III)
• Compatibility: backward compatible with earlier SATA versions
• Product colour: Black, Red

How to use

Align each 7-pin SATA connector with the corresponding SATA port on the device and motherboard or controller card, then press until the metal clip clicks to secure the connection. When connecting to a hard drive, the cable is typically routed downwards from the port. Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting or disconnecting the cable.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this cable for short internal connections inside the PC case to reduce signal attenuation; avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable. Verify device SATA version if you need maximum transfer speed.
