Equip Prolunga VGA HD15, 15 m

The equip VGA Extension Cable (HD15, 15 m) extends VGA connections up to 15 metres and provides a fully shielded link between devices. It uses VGA (D-Sub) connectors on both ends and features sturdy knurled screws for secure fastening. The cable is RoHS compliant and comes in a silver and black design, suitable for connecting monitors, projectors and other VGA-equipped displays.

Advantages

Fully shielded construction reduces interference and preserves signal quality over long runs. Knurled screws ensure a firm mechanical connection that resists loosening. Standard HD15 VGA connectors on both ends guarantee broad compatibility with legacy video equipment. The 15 m length allows flexible placement of displays and projectors while the cable’s robust build supports reliable, long-term use.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs to external monitors
• Linking laptops or media players to projectors
• Extending VGA runs in conference rooms or classrooms
• Replacing or extending existing VGA leads in AV setups

How to use

Connect one HD15 VGA connector to the VGA output of your source device and the other connector to the VGA input of the display. If the display does not detect a signal, check cable seating and connector orientation, and verify source and display settings.

Recommendations

For best signal integrity, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-power electrical cables or fluorescent lighting. Use shorter cable lengths where possible for higher resolutions; for long-distance digital video transmission, consider using a digital interface or an active signal extender if signal issues occur.
