Hypertec 392256-HY cavo InfiniBand/fibra ottica 2 m 12x ST pigtail multicolore

The Hypertec 392256-HY is a 2 m OS2 fibre optic pigtail cable with 12 ST/UPC connectors in multicolour jacketing. Designed for single-mode links, this pigtail provides reliable, low-loss connections for data and telecom networks where compact termination and colour identification of individual fibres are required.

Advantages

This 12x ST pigtail offers a compact pigtail design that simplifies terminations and splicing, a multi-colour sleeve scheme for easy fibre identification, and OS2 single-mode performance for long-distance, low-attenuation transmission. The cable’s LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces hazardous emissions in case of fire and supports safer indoor installations.

How to use

Route the pigtail into the splice tray or termination point, secure the cable according to your rack or panel instructions, and perform fusion splicing or connector termination as required. Use the multicolour identification to match individual fibres to the correct ports or splice locations. Test each fibre for insertion loss and continuity after installation to verify link performance.
