Obiettivo Irix Cine 21mm T1.5 Micro Four Thirds, scala imperiale

Most Micro Four Thirds cine lenses crop the image circle, but the Irix Cine 21mm T1.5 projects a full-frame image circle onto your MFT sensor. That means the same wide 90.2° field of view, edge-to-edge sharpness, and cinematic character you would expect from a full-frame prime—without vignetting or compromise. The imperial focus scale is engraved in feet and inches, making it a natural fit for crews that work with imperial measurements. A fast T1.5 aperture delivers exceptional low-light performance and shallow depth of field, while the 11-blade iris produces smooth, organic bokeh. Built around a durable aluminum-magnesium alloy housing with weather sealing, it is ready for demanding production environments.

Highlights

• 21mm focal length with full-frame image circle for MFT cameras
• Bright T1.5 maximum aperture, minimum T16
• Imperial focus scale (feet/inches) with 180° focus rotation
• 11-blade rounded diaphragm for cinematic bokeh
• 0.8 MOD gear rings on focus and iris for follow focus systems
• Weather-sealed construction with 86mm front filter thread

In daily use

The 21mm focal length provides a wide 90.2° angle of view on full-frame, making it a versatile choice for establishing shots, interiors, and landscapes. On Micro Four Thirds, the crop factor yields a tighter field of view, but the full-frame coverage ensures edge-to-edge sharpness without vignetting. Manual focus is smooth and precise, with a long 180° rotation for accurate pulls. The iris ring rotates 75° and features a clickless design for silent adjustments during takes. The 0.8 MOD gear rings integrate seamlessly with standard follow focus systems, and the weather-sealed aluminum-magnesium housing withstands dust and moisture, so you can shoot confidently in challenging environments.
