How to use

Use on any compatible hob type at medium heat for best results. Preheat the pan briefly, add a small amount of oil or butter if desired, then cook food as required. Avoid using metal utensils that can scratch the non-stick surface; opt for silicone, wooden or nylon utensils instead. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning.

Recommendations

Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to preserve the non-stick coating. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. Avoid overheating an empty pan and store carefully to prevent scratches.
