Prolunga PSSO HQ5 5x2.5 6m H07RN-F nero

PSSO HQ5 extension cable 5x2.5, 6 m, H07RN-F black is a flexible, rubber-sheathed power extension designed for demanding environments. The cable contains five 2.5 mm² conductors and a durable H07RN-F outer sheath that provides mechanical strength, oil resistance and improved weather protection. It is intended for temporary power distribution and flexible connection of portable equipment where a five-core supply is required.

Advantages

The H07RN-F rubber sheath offers resistance to abrasion, oils and moderate mechanical stress while maintaining flexibility at a range of temperatures. The 2.5 mm² conductors balance current-carrying capacity and flexibility for portable devices and temporary installations. A 6 m length gives an extended reach without excessive cable bulk, and the five-core configuration supports circuits requiring a separate protective conductor and additional conductors for control or multiple phases.

How to use

Connect the extension cable to compatible plugs and sockets rated for the intended voltage and current. Ensure the conductors and protective earthing are correctly matched to the equipment and that connections are secure and free of damage. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges, high-temperature surfaces and pinch points, and keep the cable off the ground where possible to reduce wear. Inspect the sheath and terminations before each use and replace the cable if cuts, severe abrasion or insulation damage are present.

Recommendations

Use this extension cable in accordance with local electrical regulations and the equipment manufacturer's instructions. For continuous high-current applications verify the allowable current for 2.5 mm² conductors and keep run lengths appropriate to voltage drop limits. Store the cable dry and protected from prolonged UV exposure when not in use, and avoid using the cable where chemicals or sharp objects could cause damage.
