Teglia per pizza Kaiser 23.0065.1576 acciaio nero 28 cm

The KAISER Pizza pan 23.0065.1576 Steel Black 28 cm is a home baking pan made of durable steel with a black finish. With a 28 cm diameter and a 2.5 cm rim thickness, the pan is engineered to deliver even heat distribution across the base, supporting uniform baking of pizza crusts and toppings. Its compact size fits most conventional ovens and is intended for everyday home use.

Advantages

The steel construction provides good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength while the black surface finish promotes even browning. The 28 cm cooking surface is suitable for single-portion or small family pizzas, and the solid build supports repeated use without deforming. The pan’s dimensions and material help reduce hot spots, contributing to consistent crust texture.

Suitable for

• Baking round pizzas up to 28 cm in diameter
• Preparing flatbreads and focaccia
• Reheating pizza slices or baked goods in the oven
• Everyday home oven use for small batches

• Material: Steel with black finish
• Diameter: 28 cm
• Rim / wall thickness: 2.5 cm

• Intended use: Oven baking for home kitchens

How to use

Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended by your recipe. Place the pizza or dough directly on the prepared pan; you may lightly oil or dust the surface with semolina or flour to prevent sticking. Bake on the middle rack for the time specified by your recipe, checking for even browning. Use oven mitts when handling the hot pan and allow it to cool slightly before washing. Follow general oven-safety practices when inserting and removing the pan.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the pan with the oven so the steel reaches an even temperature before placing the dough. To maintain the black finish and surface performance, avoid abrasive scrubbers; wash with warm water and mild detergent, and dry thoroughly to prevent surface oxidation. Do not use on direct stovetop burners or open flames.
