Theben PIRA T6 Mini rilevatore di movimento PIR da incasso a soffitto 360° 230V bianco 1030202

Lighting control in corridors, restrooms, or offices often wastes energy when lights stay on unnecessarily. The Theben PIRA T6 Mini solves this by automatically switching lights based on presence and ambient brightness, ensuring illumination only when needed. This flush-mounted ceiling sensor blends discreetly into any ceiling, offering reliable motion detection with a 360° coverage area.

Who is it for

Facility managers, electricians, and homeowners seeking an energy-efficient, automatic lighting solution for indoor spaces. Ideal for small to medium rooms such as hallways, stairwells, bathrooms, and storage areas where hands-free operation and energy savings are priorities.

Main features

• Passive infrared (PIR) technology detects motion and presence with a 360° angle, covering up to 10 m in diameter for motion and 8 m for presence at a 2.5 m mounting height.
• Adjustable light sensitivity from 10 to 2000 lux allows the sensor to respond only when natural light is insufficient, preventing unnecessary switching during daylight.
• Time delay configurable from 10 seconds to 60 minutes, letting you tailor how long lights stay on after the last detected movement.
• Compact flush-mounted design with only a 34 mm installation opening, suitable for standard ceiling cutouts and unobtrusive integration.
• High switching capacity: up to 2300 W for resistive loads and 1150 VA for inductive loads, compatible with a wide range of lighting fixtures.
• Durable UV-stabilized polycarbonate housing in white (RAL 9010) blends with most ceilings and resists yellowing over time.

Tips

For optimal performance, install the sensor at a height between 2.0 and 4.0 meters in a location with a clear view of the detection area. Avoid placing it near heat sources, air vents, or direct sunlight, as these can affect PIR sensitivity. Use the built-in potentiometers to fine-tune the lux threshold and time delay according to the room's usage patterns. Ensure the installation opening is exactly 34 mm in diameter for a secure fit. The IP20 rating means this sensor is intended for indoor use only, in dry environments.
