BlueOptics SFP3131FU1MK cavo in fibra ottica InfiniBand 1 m LC OM4

BlueOptics SFP3131FU1MK is a 1 meter duplex fiber optic patch cord with LC-UPC connectors on both ends, designed as a laser-optimized multimode OM4 cable (G50/125µm) in magenta color. The cable uses a 2.0 mm tube and a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket, includes zirconia ceramic ferrules and is delivered with a measurement protocol documenting input loss and return loss values.

Advantages

This OM4 duplex LC-LC patch cord provides low input loss (under 0.2 dB per connector) and a typical attenuation of 2.5 dB/km at 850 nm, enabling reliable short-range high-speed links. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and avoids halogen emission in case of fire. Components from established manufacturers and zirconia ferrules ensure mechanical durability and up to 1500 mating cycles. Each cable is tested using interferometer and OTDR and shipped with a measurement protocol.

How to use

Remove protective caps from both LC connectors, route the 1 m cable without sharp bends (observe the minimum bend radius specified by the installer), and plug each LC connector into the corresponding LC port on the patch panel or transceiver. Ensure connectors are clean before mating; if necessary, use appropriate fiber cleaning tools. After installation, verify link parameters using suitable test equipment or rely on the included measurement protocol for the supplied loss values.

Recommendations

Use this OM4 LC-LC duplex patch cord for short-reach high-speed multimode links (for example 850 nm transceiver connections). Store and handle connectors with caps when not in use, avoid tight bends and mechanical stress, and clean connectors prior to insertion to maintain the low input loss indicated in the measurement protocol.
