Cavo in fibra ottica Garbot FO Kabel OM3 50/125 multimodale 50/125µm

Garbot FO Cable OM3 50/125 is a multimode fiber optic patch cable with 50/125 µm core/cladding designed for laser-optimized short- to medium-distance high-speed data transmission. The cable uses OM3 grade multimode fiber compatible with standard LC/LC connectors and is intended for use in LANs, data centers and enterprise networks where reliable multimode connectivity is required.

Advantages

This OM3 50/125 multimode cable provides improved bandwidth for laser-based transceivers, low insertion loss with LC/LC-PC terminations, and consistent signal integrity for short- and medium-range links. The aqua jacket color and standard 0.5 m length make it easy to identify and deploy in patch panels and server racks.

Suitable for

• LAN patching and horizontal cabling
• Data center intra-rack and inter-rack connections
• Connections between multimode transceivers and switches or servers
• Enterprise network trunking and equipment patching

Key specifications

• Fiber type: OM3 multimode
• Core/cladding diameter: 50/125 µm
• Connector type: LC to LC, PC polish
• Length: 0.5 m
• Color: Aqua
• Manufacturer/MPN: Garbot, B-01-50305

How to use

Connect each LC connector to the corresponding LC port on network devices or patch panels, ensuring the connectors are clean and properly aligned before insertion. Route the 0.5 m cable without tight bends to maintain minimum bend radius and secure it within racks or cable management systems to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use with OM3-compatible multimode transceivers and maintain clean connector end-faces using appropriate fiber cleaning tools. Avoid exceeding the recommended bend radius and inspect connectors periodically for contamination or damage.
