Cavo patch in fibra ottica ROLINE OM3 50/125 µm LC/SC 5 m

The ROLINE Fibre Optic Jumper Cable OM3 50/125µm is a 5 m duplex patch cable with LC and SC connectors designed for high-speed multimode data transmission. Manufactured with OM3-grade 50/125µm fibres and precise connector assembly, the cable provides low insertion loss and low back reflection. The turquoise jacket allows easy visual identification and tidy cable management in racks and panels.

Advantages

High-quality OM3 multimode fibres and carefully assembled LC and SC connectors ensure stable signal transmission and low attenuation. The compact conductor design (fibre movable in secondary coating) improves flexibility and handling during installation. Duplex configuration supports simultaneous transmit and receive channels for full duplex networking.

Suitable for

• Data center interconnects and server rack patching
• Enterprise LAN backbones and horizontal cabling
• High-speed multimode links such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet

How to use

Connect the LC and SC connectors to the corresponding ports on your equipment or patch panels, ensuring the connectors are clean and dust-free before mating. Route the cable along cable management paths to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress. For duplex links, match the transmit and receive pairs on each end to maintain correct signal direction.

Recommendations

Use with compatible OM3 multimode transceivers and maintain connector cleanliness. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and store coiled loosely to preserve optical performance.
